One On One

Personal Training
Details

Work with one of our certified and experienced personal trainers to get in your best shape while having fun!

Your first session will be part workout, part evaluation to go over your goals, experience, and to see how you move.

From here, your trainer will create a plan addressing posture, mobility, strength, conditioning, recovery and any special considerations such as injuries or medical conditions.

We offer single sessions, packages of 10 and 20.  Sessions do not expire and include access to our private gym when training.

Couples & Partners

Details

Expect all the benefits from 1 on 1 training with a touch of friendly support or competition 🙂

Your trainer will create a program that challenges both of you without sacrificing time.

Please note, although we try our best to accommodate everyone, if two people are at significantly different starting points in terms of strength and endurance, or have more than minor injuries or conditions, we recommend training separately, at least for a while.

Sessions are 1 hour.  Rate is 1.5 times the regular hourly/package rate (50% off for the second person).

HYBRID – Gym & Home

Details

Hybrid training is a combination of 1 on 1 training and at home training with a program we create.

This is ideal for intermediate or advanced clients, or for someone working with another coach or training for an event.

At home programs are detailed and shared via Google Sheets, including warm ups, stretches, sets, reps, exercises, video demos, and cardio.  

Hybrid training requires seeing a personal trainer at least 1 time per week.  Programs are updated monthly.  

Rates are the same as one on one training plus a 1 time set up fee equal to 1 training session.

Nutrition Plan / Coaching

Details

Get the most out of your training sessions with a custom nutrition plan designed for your unique goals and lifestyle.

We offer a comprehensive one time consult including a body composition and metabolic scan, review of goals, diet and activity, nutrition analysis using professional software, and a detailed plan.

Plans address energy balance (calories), macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats), and timing.

This one time consult is often enough to work with when seeing your trainer regularly.  For multiple or more long term goals and accountability we offer regular coaching options.

Health & Fitness Testing

For those who wants a more science based approach, has serious goals, or for anyone who loves data, this is for you!

Our comprehensive 360 is a 2 hour assessment that includes:
